INTRODUCTION IN DUAL CULTIVATION

Dual cultivation or in China "shuanxu" unique section of taoist spiritual practice. In more wide sense dual cultivation is name any practice of kung fu executable two together, for example tuishou (pushing hands) in taichi chuan. In more narrow value of shuanxu are taoist sexual pair practices. Dual cultivation is also known as tao of love, sexual kung fu. Very close shuaxu to tantra (tantric yoga).

In basis of shuanxu those principles lie that in other taoist practices. Only individual practice does not possess that power and efficiency, as a pair. Pair practice in basis of which is fixed sexual energy, most powerful energy of universe, allows to make progress quick. Besides a partner practices not alone, it allows to remove sense of spiritual loneliness, and to provide serious support on the way of the spiritual becoming. In the past shuanxu was the closed section, dual cultivation was studied by only select, after many years of study of other disciplines.

Now dual cultivation is recommended as a wonderful adding to employments of taichi chuan, chi kung, yoga. The use of sexual (primordial) energy allows to fill practices of taichi, chi kunf or yogis power, to attain the real breach. In same queue any them these disciplines gives necessary control above the energy and body, that is extremely needed in dual cultivation.

Shuanxu allows:

• to strengthen the power body,
  
• to teach to listen and understand a partner,
  
• to build the harmonious mutual relations of collaboration and addition with a partner,
  
• to learn to enjoy, both from sex and from life on the whole,
  
• to get sense of satisfying with life, internal comfort,
  
• to attain spiritual progress and even brightening.
